How long have you been in business?
Owned and operated since 1995. This is a full time occupation. We don't just sit back and hit play; we read the crowd, take requests, teach dances, and often add other perks to give life to the party. We use professional equipment and have backup equipment with us at all times. We dress to all occasions.
Do you offer discounts?
Our prices are already discounted and are non-negotiable from previous years, on most services. Prices are always subject to change. Contracts are required for every job and must be returned within 7 days to secure your date and pricing. Non-refundable deposits may be required. We require final payments at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. As of August 2020, we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee as interest on all invoices 30 days past-due.
Can we see you perform somewhere or can you send us videos?
If we are at a public event you may come, however most of our events are private affairs. Sorry, we cannot invite you to crash another persons private party. We do not provide videos because we have a unique style of performance and have developed unique dances that we do not want other DJ companies to replicate. Most of our work comes from people that have seen us in action or who know of someone who has experienced our services. MANY REFERENCES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST!!

Who will show up at my event?
Mike Malone is our primary DJ. An assistant may accompany him to help if he deems it necessary, at no extra cost to you. We can do several jobs per day, but only one job at a time. We typically require 2 hours in between jobs for transportation, set up, and break down. If we are completely booked, we can refer you to another company. The other company would not be affiliated with Music N' Motion and you would have to go by their terms and sign their contracts. They may give you a discount if you mention our name.
Can we meet you in person?
Sorry, we are very busy and do not have the freedom to meet our clients individually. This is a mobile business and we are frequently out of the office. Questions are typically answered electronically within 24 hours. You can email or call us at any time with questions, comments, or concerns. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
